Essex Realty Group
Essex Realty needed a new headquarters that would support the rapid growth of their company. With a goal of bringing warmth to this industrial space, the aesthetic choices highlighted the tall ceilings, while divided light windows help to provide a modern, naturally lit space. Our products used were in all the open office workstations with Lacasse Paradigm, Via Run task chairs, and Lacasse NEX for the private offices.
Connecting Chicago's philanthropic organizations is the focus of the newly formed organization FBRK. At their new Loop headquarters, dubbed "Impact House", their design choices empowered the furniture decisions, fueled bold ambitions and allowed for inclusivity in all aspects of the organization.
Located in Madison, Wisconsin, we love the way the custom Falcon booths perfectly complement this inviting office space for Fetch Rewards. This project included design by Potter Lawson, with Ideal Builders serving as the general contractor. Founded in Madison, WI, Fetch also has offices in Chicago, NYC, Boston and Birmingham.
Sleek lines, unique detailing and modern finishes capture the essence of the new FreightCar offices in Chicago. The multitude of functionalities designed in the Nex Collection by Groupe Lacasse are captured by the matching upholstered bench and table. Unique forms are playfully utilized with the Comet chair.

Mt. Sinai Medical Center
Krug’s Solis looks amazing in a waiting space of the Mount Sinai Medical Center! The spacious new facility can accommodate 75,000 patient visits per year, and Krug’s Solis seating is up to the task! With an evidence-based design, Solis was created to address the complex criteria cited by specifiers, patients and caregiving staff for furnishing healthcare facilities.
In the early stages of design, the team from HED collaborated with Sheridan Contract prior to Neocon of that year. Within the variety of lines and offerings, the Faeron Seating Collection by Krug stood out for its striking details and similarities to hospitality design. A design detail often desired in healthcare recently to aid in comfort for both patient and visitor.
Along with selecting pieces from the Faeron Collection that met both the quality and value requirements, Mary Beth was instrumental in the process of selecting Enviroleather (now branded LDI Interiors), a heavy-duty, PVC-free material with high double rubs and chemical resistance.
While both these manufacturers are well suited for healthcare environments, many of Mary Beth's educational clients have also selected them for their durability, both in the manufacturing, but the long-time wear of the material.
